About Us

Split Bean Roastery was established in 2019 when our owner started roasting coffee for her close friends and family in her own kitchen.  As a scientist, Jessica loved learning about roasting.  She took her scientific knowledge and designed roasting experiments to establish the perfect roasting profile for each type of coffee bean.  

She just finished creating the perfect light roast profile and is now working on blends and adding flavors to coffee.
